Fishing has been very consistent the last couple of weeks, especilly wading with artificials for reds. Larger trout have been hard to find in the unusually warm water, but keeper size trout have been numerous on the light wind days. The only bait available has been dead shrimp, and it has been very effective for drum, as well as reds on the windier days. With the water temperature staying in the high fifties to mid -sixties, the fish have been very active throughout the day and even up shallow. Corkies, Double-D, and roach Texas Red Killers have been the ticket most days.
